Return Policy

  1. Returns Eligibility:
  • We accept returns on items within 21 days of purchase date with receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. All original tags must be attached.
  1. Exclusions:
  • Following items are not eligible for return:
    • Intimate items such as undergarments or swimwear, etc.
    • Final sale items marked as non-returnable.
    • Items that show signs of wear or damage not due to manufacturing defects.
  1. Exchanges are subject to availability.
  2. In some cases we may issue store credit as an alternative to a refund.
  3. Refund policy is subject to change at any time and of course some situations are unique so please contact us if you have a question.

  5. 610 Camphouse can assist in directing warranty claims to the appropriate manufacturer but is not responsible for the fulfillment of warranty obligations; this is the responsibility of each individual manufacturer.
  6. 610 Camphouse shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of inability to use the product or for any loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss.
